| Email Client Settings |
If you are using our email addresses in your own mail client such as Outlook or Outlook Express. You must set in incoming and outgoing mail servers to mail.oswi.net
If you are using a mail account from another provider you will need their server for the inbound mail settings and our mail server for outbound mail.oswi.net
You can use our mail setup instructions on the support tab to see a step by step for setting up Outlook or Outlook Express.

| Steps for Fixing Internet Trouble |
Use these steps to troubleshoot your internet connection
Step 1
Check your connections from our CPE or modem cable to your router, switch, or computer and make sure all the connections are secure
Step 2
Try power cycling our CPE by unplugging the power adapter that says Motorola on it or unplugging the cable that runs to our antenna then plugging it back in
Step 3
Try power cycling your hardware by unplugging it then plugging it back in
Step 4
Finally try completely shutting off your computer then turn it back on
